What makes this different

No guessing, no big deposit, no website-builder headache.

You see the new version before you commit, you keep it current with a quick email, and you’re working with someone down the road.

You email changes

New hours, a new photo, a price change, a seasonal note. Send the change by email and I publish it. There's no dashboard to learn and nothing to install.

We preview first

You see the redesigned homepage before you decide anything. If it isn't clearly better than what you have, you don't activate it. No deposit to find out.

Based in Frederick

Based in Frederick, working with owner-run businesses across Maryland. Built to make calls, visits, estimates, and contact easier.

What's included

Everything a local site needs, in every build.

One scope, no surprises. Fifteen years building search and metadata systems, applied to a local business site. Every Tawkee Local site ships with the same solid foundation, then grows from there.

Local SEO setup

Page titles, metadata, and structured data, optimized on every page so you show up in local search.

The pages you actually need

Home, about, services, and contact, written and laid out around what your customers actually look for.

Fast and mobile-first

Built to load quickly and look right on a phone, where most local searches happen.

Easy to contact

Click-to-call, a map, hours, and a working contact form so customers can reach you in one tap.

Hosting handled

Hosting, SSL, and automated backups are included and managed. Nothing for you to install or renew.

Updates by email

New hours, a seasonal photo, a price change. Send it over by email and I make the edit. No dashboard to learn.

Why a monthly plan

A website should keep up with your business.

Hours change, prices change, new work comes in. I keep your site fast, current, and easy to reach you on, without you lifting a finger.

Pricing

Pay once for the build, then $50 a month.

$50 / month

No thousands upfront like an agency. The build is quoted once, based on the site.

FAQ

The questions people ask first.

What happens if I cancel?

Your domain, your content, your photos, and your email stay yours throughout. The site itself is mine to host, so it comes down when the plan ends, and I'll give you plenty of notice and help you get set up wherever you're going next. If you'd rather keep the build, just ask and I'll quote you for it.

Do you only work with Frederick businesses?

No. I'm based in Frederick and most clients are nearby, but I work with owner-run businesses anywhere.

Can I see what mine would look like first?

Yes. Send me your business name and current site and I'll build a preview. No cost and no obligation to activate it.

Do you move my email?

No. Your email stays exactly where it is. I only point the website to the new version and check that your email keeps working.

Do I keep my domain?

Yes. Your domain stays yours. I'll help you point it to the new site on a short call.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The plan is month-to-month, and your site stays live through the period you've paid for.

What kind of sites is this for?

Simple local business sites: trades, services, shops, studios, and galleries that mainly need calls, visits, estimates, and contact. Online stores, booking systems, and logins are quoted separately.
