Make calling the easiest thing to do
- A phone number that’s one tap away on every screen.
- Hours, including Saturdays and holidays, kept current.
- Your address, with a link that opens directions.
- For towing: your 24-hour line at the top, if you run one.
Say what you work on
Brakes, tires, inspections, body work, diagnostics, detailing packages: list what you do in plain words. If you publish prices or packages, they can go on the site, and updating them later is an edit to existing text.
Show the shop
Real photos of your bays, your team, and finished work build more trust than stock pictures. The Northgate Detail design leads with one glossy photo of a finished truck, because that’s what detailing customers want to see.
Certifications customers recognize
If your shop is a Maryland state inspection station, or your technicians hold ASE certifications, say so near the top. I show credentials exactly as you hold them, and nothing you don’t.
If you specialize in particular makes, diesel trucks, classics, or fleets, that belongs on the first screen too. Specialists get calls that general listings miss.
What’s outside the offer
Online appointment booking, parts ordering, and customer accounts are outside this plan. If you already use an appointment service, your website can link straight to it.
A few practical questions.
Can my detailing packages and prices be on the site?
Yes. And when your prices change, email me. Each edit to existing text is one of your three small changes for the month.
How do I handle holiday hours?
Email me before the holiday, and I’ll update your hours. That’s one small change.
